For families, we recommend booking a 2- or 3-bedroom apartment. Extra beds are not provided; however, children may sleep on a queen-size bed. A high chair and playpen can be made available upon request with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Pets are welcome. Bowls and a mat can be provided upon request with at least 24 hours’ notice. Pets may not be left unattended in the apartment.

Are long-term stays available?
Stays at Le Willis are offered for periods of up to 30 nights. For longer stays, Chelsea House serves as the official long-stay operator at the property. Applications for extended stays can be submitted at chelsea.house.

Check‑in is contactless. A secure access code is sent 24 hours prior to arrival.

Is laundry available on site?
In-unit laundry is not available. A coin-operated laundry room is located on the 7th floor and is accessible to all guests.
